REGISTRATION & LODGING

We are again faced with the challenges of adapting in the face of COVID. We plan to provide a wonderful conference experience regardless.

Next week everyone who is registered for the conference will receive an email with Zoom links to attend the conference virtually. This will allow those who intended to attend In-Person to shift to Virtual should they want or need to for any reason.

Those who have registered to attend Virtually are welcome to attend In-Person, unfortunately we may not have lunches available for you.

In-Person attendees can anticipate While at the conference that we will be following the CDC guidelines, and will be adapting to the most recent changes at the time of the conference.

We have asked Callaway to set up rooms allowing for 6 feet of distance for attendees within the sessions. We will provide masks and have hand sanitizer and encourage all who attend to wear masks regardless of what CDC guidance may recommend at the time of the conference. However, please be aware that some presenters may REQUIRE all in-person participants to wear masks in the room in which they present regardless of the CDC guidance available at the time of the conference.
